Rose Quartz crystal is used to stimulate love and to open the Heart

General Procedure for Programming the Crystals - Immerse the
crystal in a glass of water with four spoons of unrefined sea salt. After
purification for a week in a salt water, wash the crystal in flowing
tap water and keep it on a ceramic saucer, out in early morning
sunlight for 3 hrs. During this time practice forming a picture in your mind,
that your whole family is together and smiling.
Once your are able to visualize, lift the crystal from the sunlight and place
it on your left palm and cover with right palm, close your eyes and conjure
up with the picture into your mind and let it stay for a few seconds. Now
your crystal is programmed or charged.
